Dont miss out on this one

Elon's Building Something in Tesla's Secret Labs.

Something is being built inside Tesla's facilities that almost no one is talking about — yet.

According to insider sources, Elon Musk has quietly developed a he claims will be "10x bigger than the largest product in history." The target launch date is July 22. And when it drops, the window to position quietly will already be closing.

Most investors will hear about this after the stock has moved. You don't have to be one of them. Our analyst named positioned to ride the launch — with entry guidance, price targets, a bonus 4th supply-chain pick, and a 3-phase playbook for when to buy, add, and take profits.

LATESTDEVELOPMENTS

CHIPS

1️⃣ ETCHED RAISED $300M (INFERENCE CHIPS)

The deal: Etched closed $300 million Series C

Who: Sequoia, a16z, Jane Street, SK hynix

What they do: Build specialized AI inference chips

The story: Etched isn't building general-purpose chips. They're building chips optimized for one thing: running AI models cheaply.

This is the infrastructure play nobody saw coming.

Why it matters: Inference is becoming the constraint, not model training.

Everyone's running the same models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Claude). The competitive advantage is running them cheaper and faster than competitors.

Etched's chips do exactly that.

The numbers: $1B valuation, $5B in signed customer contracts

That $5B isn't revenue. That's customers literally waiting to buy.

Jose's take:

Etched raised at a $1B valuation with $5B in signed contracts. That's not a venture round. That's a pre-IPO round disguised as Series C.

When customers are that hungry, capital prices at a discount because there's zero risk.

Watch Etched. This company is going to be acquisition target for Nvidia or Intel within 24 months.

ROBOTICS ROUNDS

2️⃣ HUMANOID RAISED $152M AT $1.35B VALUATION

The deal: Humanoid closed $152M Series A

Who: Prime Movers Lab, Schaeffler, Bosch

What they do: Build humanoid robots for

industrial use

The story: Humanoid is backed by real industrial companies (Schaeffler, Bosch) who actually need robots.

This isn't theoretical robotics. This is "we need robots on our factory floor next year" robotics.

Why it matters: When your customer is your investor, things move fast.

Schaeffler owns factories. Bosch owns factories. They don't invest in robotics for returns. They invest because they need the robots.

That alignment is worth more than any venture thesis.

The numbers: $152M Series A (early stage, huge check)

Most Series A rounds are $20-40M. This is a $1.35B company getting huge capital to scale fast.

Jose's take: Humanoid's ability to get Schaeffler and Bosch to co-lead the round is the real win here.

Strategic capital brings three things: customer, capital, exit strategy.

That's worth 10x the venture capital.

If you're a founder, this is the blueprint. Get your customer as your investor.

START UP

3️⃣ DATABRICKS REACHED $188B VALUATION (LATEST ROUND)

The deal: Databricks’ latest round valued the company at $188B

Who: Mostly existing investors

What they do: Build infrastructure for AI/ML data pipelines

The story: Databricks is now worth more than Intel, Qualcomm, or most semiconductor companies.

Not because they're building AI models. Because they're building infrastructure that every data team needs.

Why it matters: Infrastructure companies are worth more than application companies now.

Five years ago: AI models were the holy grail.

Now: The infrastructure below AI is where value is.

Databricks isn't building the best model. Databricks is building the pipes every model needs.

The numbers: $188B valuation, zero IPO plans yet

This is the most valuable pre-IPO company in the world. They can raise at any valuation they want.

Jose's take:Databricks at $188B is the clearest signal that infrastructure is where value lives.

Every AI model needs data pipelines. Databricks owns that layer.

This is why Sila raised $300M (energy infrastructure). This is why Etched raised $300M (chip infrastructure). This is why Databricks is worth $188B (data infrastructure).

Capital follows infrastructure now.

THE PATTERN

Four rounds. $1.2B total deployed. Four different categories.

But they all point to the same thing:

Capital flows to companies with real customer demand.

Not hypothetical demand. Real customers ready to buy.

Etched: $5B in signed contracts.

Humanoid: Customer is the investor.

Databricks: Every data team needs it.

Defense tech: Government guaranteed revenue.

All four have customers who can't live without them.

WHAT THIS MEANS

For founders: If you have paying customers lined up, raising is easy.

If you don't, raising is hard.

Stop pitching. Start selling.

For investors: This is the new rule.

Customer proof > pitch deck

Traction > vision

Recurring revenue > TAM projections

HERE'S WHAT ACTUALLY MOVED THIS WEEK

Etched $300M (infrastructure) Humanoid $152M (robotics) Databricks $188B (valuation, data infrastructure) Defense tech $1.2B+ (government capital)

Total: $1.2B in confirmed capital

All four have real customers waiting.
