Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions. Founderscrowd Premium is a recurring digital subscription billed monthly at the price shown at checkout. It renews automatically until you cancel.

14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, email jose.ruiz@founderscrowd.com within 14 days of your first Premium payment and we will refund that payment in full. No questions asked.

Cancellation. You can cancel anytime from your account settings or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future charges. You keep access to Premium until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Renewals. Renewal payments after the first 14 days are non-refundable, except where required by law.

How refunds are paid. Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days.
