Good morning, Crowd!
Welcome to June. Founderscrowds here.
Robots are learning to clean your apartment. NVIDIA just became a CPU company. Crypto futures are now legal. Anthropic is cracking down on unauthorized secondaries. And Meta is about to flood the market with AI glasses.
This is what disruption looks like. Not PowerPoint decks. Not governance debates. Real products, real capital, real data flows reshaping who gets rich and who doesn't.
Good morning. Today's newsletter is about the infrastructure layer nobody talks about—the people, the data, the hardware platforms that are shifting wealth from institutions to anyone smart enough to pay attention.
The intel:
Five massive stories dropped in the past 48 hours. A German startup is paying people to clean apartments while teaching robots how to do it. NVIDIA just declared war on Intel with a new consumer CPU. Crypto futures just went fully legal in the U.S. Anthropic is tightening control of secondary markets (or losing control—depends on your angle). Meta is preparing to put cameras on 10 million people's faces.
What do all five have in common? They're all pieces of the same game: Whoever controls the data pipeline controls the next decade of wealth.
In today's private markets rundown:
Physical AI is eating the real world
NVIDIA's RTX Spark: CPU wars are back
Crypto futures go fully legal (the SEC blinked)
Anthropic's secondary market crackdown (why this matters)
Meta's wearables play (1 million devices coming)

7 Stocks That Will Be Magnificent in 2026
The Magnificent Seven didn't become trillion-dollar companies by accident.
They dominated through innovation, scale, and relentless earnings growth. And for years, they've rewarded investors who got in early.
But with the top 10 stocks now accounting for roughly 35% of the S&P 500, concentration risk is real — and growing.
The next wave of market leaders won't come from the same crowded trades.
But here's the real question…
Which companies share those same traits — global scale, accelerating growth, expanding cash flow — but are still early enough to deliver outsized returns?
Our new report reveals — from companies powering AI infrastructure… to those reshaping energy, enterprise software, and next-gen computing.
If you want exposure to tomorrow's giants before the rest of the market catches on, start here.
PHYSICAL AI
THE DATA FLOWS NOBODY SEES
The deal: Shift, a German AI startup, just launched free apartment cleaning in NYC, funded entirely by selling the video footage to AI labs.

You show up. A cleaner wearing a head-mounted camera cleans your apartment for free. You get a clean home. Shift gets high-quality, first-person robot training data. AI labs (OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, Diffusion Labs) buy that data to train embodied AI models.
Everyone wins. But there's a reason this is actually genius:
The numbers:
Service: Free 2-hour apartment cleaning in NYC
Revenue per clean: ~$150-200 (cost of labor)
Data value per clean: ~$300-500 (what AI labs pay per video)
Q1 payouts: $5M+ paid to creators worldwide
Current pay rate: $20/hour for everyday chore filming
Next cities: London, Munich, Zurich, launching now
Scale potential: 100M+ apartment cleanings/year globally = $30B+ data market
Why this works: For 20 years, AI companies scraped the internet. But internet data has limits:
Already labeled (bias from who uploaded it)
Limited to what people recorded
Copyright issues (lawsuits brewing)
Bias toward tech-savvy creators
Shift flips the model: Pay ordinary people to create labeled data by doing ordinary work.
A cleaner filming an apartment from first-person POV is perfect training data for robot arms learning:
How to grab handles
How to move around obstacles
How to navigate real spaces
How to recognize objects in cluttered homes
What this means for your portfolio: This is a $100B+ market expansion nobody's talking about. Every AI lab now needs:
Video data (Shift is providing it)
Robotics companies (need the data Shift collects)
Data brokers (will become middlemen)
Privacy/compliance platforms (someone needs to handle legal)
Shift is the platform. But the real money is in the companies selling robots that use Shift's data to execute cleaning jobs at scale.
The play: Watch for which robotics companies partner with Shift first. That's your signal. If iRobot, Boston Dynamics, or any major robotics company cuts a deal with Shift, they just unlocked $billions in new TAM.
Also watch: Which AI labs raise massive rounds specifically to buy embodied AI training data? That's the signal that this market is real and VCs are believers.
This isn't a trend. This is the new S-curve. Physical AI data is the 2026 equivalent of GPT training data in 2023.
CHIPS
💻 NVIDIA'S RTX SPARK
The deal: NVIDIA just entered the Windows PC CPU market with RTX Spark, pairing MediaTek CPUs with Blackwell GPUs. They're taking on Intel and AMD directly.

For 20 years, NVIDIA was "just" a GPU company. Gamers and AI researchers bought their cards. CPUs were Intel/AMD territory.
Now NVIDIA is saying: "Actually, we're going to control the entire stack."
The numbers:
Up to 20 CPU cores (competitive with Ryzen, Core Ultra)
Blackwell GPU: 6,144 CUDA cores
Performance: 100fps at 1440p gaming, can run 120B parameter AI models locally
Partnership: MediaTek (not Intel, not AMD)
Target: Consumer/prosumer market (~$2B TAM in gaming + creative)
Real implication: NVIDIA is now a vertically integrated chip company
Why this matters: NVIDIA just cut out the middleman. They don't need Intel or AMD to build PCs anymore. They can partner with MediaTek (cheaper) and control the whole stack themselves.
This is exactly what Apple did with M-series chips. Vertical integration = higher margins, better control, lock-in.
What this means for your portfolio: Intel and AMD just got a new competitor with unlimited capital and 20 years of GPU expertise. Their consumer margins are about to get crushed.
But also: NVIDIA just expanded its TAM by $2B+. Every gamer, every creative professional, every local AI user now has to pick: AMD's strategy, Intel's strategy, or NVIDIA's integrated stack.
NVIDIA wins this race. Their GPU expertise + vertical integration + brand = unbeatable.
The play: This is defensive buying. If you own Intel or AMD, hedge with NVIDIA long calls. If you're building consumer AI products, RTX Spark becomes your target platform (because the GPU is integrated and optimized).v

CRYPTO MARKETS
📈 COINBASE + KALSHI: CRYPTO FUTURES GO FULLY LEGAL
The deal: Coinbase and Kalshi just launched perpetual crypto futures for U.S. retail investors with full CFTC approval. Crypto just got mainstream legal status.

For a decade, crypto futures lived in a gray zone. Retail couldn't access them. Institutions controlled the market. Regulators hemmed and hawed.
In June 2026, that ended.
The numbers:
Perpetual futures trading volume 2025: $61.7T (+29% YoY)
U.S. retail access: Newly legal as of June 2026
CFTC policy: Just clarified oversight (giving blessing)
Expected 2026 volume: $80T+ (conservative estimate)
Why this matters: This legitimizes crypto as an asset class. When the CFTC approves, when Coinbase goes mainstream, when retail gets access—this isn't speculation anymore. This is capital allocation.

$61.7T in trading volume (2025) with only institutional access. Now imagine $80-100T with retail participation.
What this means for your portfolio: Crypto infrastructure just got a massive TAM expansion. Coinbase, Kraken, Bybit, Deribit; these are now equivalent to Charles Schwab/E*TRADE for crypto. Retail users will funnel through them.
Secondary plays:
Wallet services (custody, security)
Data providers (price feeds, analytics)
Compliance platforms (KYC, AML, regulatory reporting)
Financial advisors (robo-advisors for crypto)
The play: If you can access Coinbase secondary shares, do it. They just captured the entire retail crypto derivatives market in one regulatory moment. That's a $500M+ revenue opportunity.
SECONDARIES MARKET
🔒 ANTHROPIC'S SECONDARY MARKET CRACKDOWN
The deal: Anthropic just trimmed its list of unauthorized secondary market sellers after investor backlash. The company is trying to control how secondaries trade (and failing publicly).

Here's the messy part of private markets: When a company gets valuable, secondary shares trade on platforms like Forge Global, EquityZen, and Linqto. These platforms make money on the trades. The companies hate it (they lose control). Investors love it (they get liquidity).
Anthropic tried to ban unauthorized secondary sellers. Eight firms got flagged. Community backlash happened. Anthropic backed down.
What this tells us:
Anthropic has $billions in value locked up. The secondary market for their shares is hot. Investors are trading aggressively.
They're not in control of their own narrative. When you try to restrict shareholder rights, the market revolts. Anthropic learned this the hard way.
Secondary markets are now bigger than primaries. Anthropic cares more about secondary trading than about their own fundraisers. That's a signal.
What this means for your portfolio: If you have Anthropic shares (from early investment or secondary purchase), you're in a liquid position. They can't stop you from selling. Secondary markets have become the real price discovery mechanism for private companies.
The play: This proves that secondary market access is now critical for any serious investor. When Anthropic, OpenAI, and other mega-caps restrict secondaries, that increases the premium for platforms like Forge, EquityZen, and Linqto that facilitate trades anyway.
Invest in secondary market infrastructure. That's the real winner.
SOCIAL MEDIA
👓 META'S WEARABLES OFFENSIVE
The deal: Meta just announced plans for 10M wearable devices in H2 2026, including new AI glasses launching next month and an AI pendant with a camera for Q2 2027 testing.

This is Meta's answer to Apple's Vision Pro. But smarter. They're going lightweight, affordable, and ubiquitous instead of expensive and niche.
The numbers:
H2 2026 target: 10M wearable devices
New glasses (June): Codenamed "Modelo," Ray-Ban/Oakley expansion
Fall launches: "Luna" and "RBM2 Refresh" (two additional models)
AI pendant: Spring 2027 internal testing, camera-equipped
Enterprise play: "Wearables for Work" initiative launching soon
Additional models: "Mojito VIP" (Dec 2026), "Artemis," "SSG" (prototypes)
Why this matters: Meta just committed to putting cameras on 10M people's faces. That's a data collection device larger than any social network could build. Every user becomes a data source for:
Computer vision training
Ambient AI (always-on assistant)
Spatial mapping
Real-world object recognition
Human behavior analytics
What this means for your portfolio: This is a vertical integration play. Meta isn't just selling glasses. They're building:
Hardware (the glasses)
AI models (trained on glasses data)
Apps (what runs on the glasses)
Distribution (pushing to 10M users)
Data (first-person computer vision dataset)
That's a $100B+ TAM capture.
But also: The competition is brutal. Apple Vision Pro exists. Microsoft HoloLens exists. Google Glass exists (in enterprise). Meta's betting they can undercut everyone on price and overdeliver on software/AI.
The play: Watch for which startups partner with Meta on the "Wearables for Work" initiative. Those are your acquisition targets. Meta will buy enterprise software, AI applications, and data platforms that enhance the glasses.
📊 DEAL FLOW SNAPSHOT
Physical AI (Shift): Raising more capital is likely coming. Already $5M+ in payouts. Target: Become the data layer for all embodied AI. High velocity, real product-market fit. 🔥
NVIDIA RTX Spark: No fundraising needed (NVIDIA has infinite capital). But watch for gaming/creative companies building on it. That's where the deal flow is.
Coinbase/Kalshi: No startup here, but regulatory approval is a market expansion event. Watch for crypto derivatives startups rising to capture retail demand.
Anthropic: $380B valuation, secondary markets booming. If you can access shares, the secondary market is where the real liquidity is now. Don't wait for a mega-round.
Meta Wearables: Enterprise software startups will be the acquisition targets. If you're building for spatial computing, Meta just created a 10M-device TAM overnight.
🎯 THE INVESTMENT THESIS
This week showed us the future, and it's absolutely wild.
Physical AI companies are building the data pipelines. Hardware companies are controlling the stack. Crypto is going fully legal. Meta is flooding the market with cameras. And the secondary markets are becoming more important than primary raises.
The pattern: Whoever controls the infrastructure layer controls the wealth.
Shift doesn't want to clean apartments forever. They want to own the data pipeline for embodied AI. NVIDIA doesn't want to sell one GPU per customer. They want to control the entire stack. Meta doesn't want to sell one pair of glasses. They want to put 10M cameras in the field and own the computer vision layer.
That's the game. That's where the 100x+ returns are.
The lesson: Don't invest in companies selling products. Invest in companies controlling layers.
If you can access these deals early—before they announce publicly—you've got a 10-100x shot. If you wait for the announcement, you're already too late.
That's why Premium exists. To give you the early access 99% of people never get.
See you Thursday for the deep dive. Hunt accordingly.
